Pregnancy yoga

Bikram Yoga is a physically challenging yoga: we do not recommend Pregnant women who have never practived Bikram method before to start while pregnant; however, if you have been practicing Bikram Yoga on a regular basis before being pregnant, a regular practice while pregnant will offer you a dynamic, stressless pregnancy, and will prepare your body to an easier delivery.

All belly compression postures are replaced by hip and lower back opening postures.
