The Importance of Breathing

Always breathe calmly and quietly, only through the nose during and in between postures ; Maintain in all circumstances your connection to your breath, whatever the effort you may be doing ; It is through the constant contact with your breathe that you will maintain your concentration, your stillness, and your meditation throughout the class ;

If your mind is wandering around during class (this might happen a lot, especially during your first classes !), come back to your breathe immediately, always through the nose ; this is the key of a comfortable practice.
